These terms apply to Private Training, Small Group Training and Workshops booked through this website, and to Consulting services unless the individual proposal or agreement provides otherwise. They do not apply to artwork purchases through the Art Gallery, which have their own Terms of Sale.

Submitting a training booking or workshop registration creates your reservation/registration in our system. You will receive a confirmation email with your reference, session details and any applicable payment instructions.

Prices are shown before you submit your booking. Payment is made by bank transfer using the payment reference provided. For Private and Small Group Training: Payment is due within 48 hours of booking. Tax information is shown according to GRIVAS & JO's current tax status.

Training sessions and workshops take place live online, normally via Microsoft Teams. Access details are sent by email before the session. Participants are responsible for a suitable device and internet connection.

Cancellation, rescheduling, no-show and refund rules for Private Training, Small Group Training and Workshops are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. In summary: training cancelled at least 24 hours before the session is eligible for a full refund if paid; later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable; free rescheduling is available for Private Training only, at least 24 hours before the session and subject to availability; workshops can be cancelled with a full refund until they start.

The scope, fees, schedule and any cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms for Consulting are governed by the individual proposal or agreement.

If GRIVAS & JO has to cancel or move a session, you will be informed as early as possible and offered a new date or a full refund of any amount paid.

Materials provided during training or workshops are for your personal or internal business use and may not be resold or redistributed without permission.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these terms or in the Cancellation & Refund Policy excludes or restricts any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law, including any statutory right of withdrawal where it applies.
