Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled session: eligible for a full refund if already paid.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the session: non-refundable.
• No-show: non-refundable.
• Free rescheduling is available when requested at least 24 hours before the session, subject to availability of another date and time. Rescheduling is not possible less than 24 hours before the session.

Rescheduling is done through the secure Manage Reservation link in your booking emails. Only genuinely available dates and times can be selected, and your existing reservation is moved to the new time.

• No-show: non-refundable.
• Individual rescheduling is not available for Small Group Training. After cancelling at least 24 hours before, you are welcome to book another available session separately.

• Once the workshop has started: non-refundable.
• No-show: non-refundable.

No rescheduling is offered for workshops. Cancellation is available through the secure registration link in your workshop emails.

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms for Consulting services are governed by the individual proposal or agreement for that engagement. This policy does not apply to Consulting.

Payment is due within 48 hours of booking. This applies to Private and Small Group Training bookings.

Use the secure link in your booking or registration email, or contact us at info@grivasjo.com. The time a cancellation is received determines whether it is made at least 24 hours before the session (training) or before the workshop starts. All times refer to Vienna time unless stated otherwise.

Eligible refunds are made in full and are confirmed by email. A cancellation confirmation describes whether a payment is eligible for a refund or non-refundable under this policy.

This policy does not exclude or restrict any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law, including any statutory right of withdrawal where it applies.
